A few highlights from winter 2016/17..........................
Visiting the Asia Society in Houston. Michael did an adorable painting of an octopus. We saw two exhibits. One was 3-D photos (and the reason for the glasses). The other was a photographic exploration of the aftermath of the tsunami, flood, and Fukushima nuclear disaster in 2011.
A visit to Santa...of course!
Michael and I participated in the Friendswood Lighted Christmas Parade with our Cub Scout Pack. Our theme was Star Wars (Home for the Holidays in a Galaxy Far, Far Away).
After the parade, David, Michael, and I went out for breakfast for dinner, so Michael could get a Rudolph pancake.
Michael did the school fundraiser, and one of his prizes was getting to participate in the "Color Blast."
